दोस्तों क्या आप Past perfect continuous tense के बारे में  नियम और उदाहरण के साथ विस्तार से  जानना चाहते हैं अगर हां तो आप बिल्कुल सही जगह पर है क्योंकि यहां पर आज मैं आपको Past perfect continuous tense के बारे में अच्छे से बताने वाला हूं और आजकल हर एक एग्जाम में टेंस से बहुत सारे क्वेश्चन पूछे जा रहे हैं और कम जानकारी के वजह से छात्र उन सारे आसान क्वेश्चन को गलत कर आते हैं इसलिए हर एक विद्यार्थी को टेंस की अच्छी जानकारी होनी बहुत जरूरी है | 

सामान्य नियम  : जो काम भुत काल में शुरू हुआ भूत काल में चला और भूत ही काल में ख़तम हो गया वो सारे Past perfect continuous tense के अंतर्गत आता है | 

जैसे : I had been waiting for you since morning.

1. Past perfect continuous tense की पहचान कैसे करे ? 

दोस्तों Simple past perfect continuous tense की पहचान करने का सबसे आसान तरीका यह होता है की इसके हिंदी वाक्य के अंत में रहा था , रही थी , रहे थे , रहे था इत्यादि शब्द आते है | 

नोट : Past perfect continuous tense को भाव से पहचानने का सबसे आसान तरीका यह है की “ जो काम भुत काल में शुरू हुआ भूत काल में चला और भूत ही काल में ख़तम हो गया वो सारे Past perfect continuous tense के अंतर्गत आता है 

2 . Simple past perfect continuous tense structure  

  • sub + Had + been + V1 + ing + obj + since/ for + time + Other 

3. Simple past perfect continuous tense rules 

  • singular subject ( He / She / name )  के साथ had been 
  • plural Subject ( I / We / you / They ) के साथ had been 
  • दोस्तों इसे बनाने के सबसे पहले Sub का प्रयोग किया जाता है 
  • उसके बाद helping verb , had + been का प्रयोग किया जाता है 
  • फिर verb के first form ( V1 ) + ing  का प्रयोग किया जाता है 
  • उसके बाद object का प्रयोग किया जाता है 
  • फिर निश्चित और अनिश्चित समय के हिसाब से Since / For + time का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है   
  • Since का इस्तेमाल निश्चित समय के लिए किया जाता है जैसे : घड़ी के लिए / साल के नाम / 1190 / 6 बजे से  / दिन के समय / दिन का नाम , इत्यादि  जो एक दम तय होता है बिना संदेह के वहा Since का इस्तेमाल होता है | 
  • For का इस्तेमाल अ-निश्चित समय को दर्शाने के लिए किया जाता है जैसे : 2 साल से , 5 घंटे से , तीन दिनो से , यहाँ पर कुछ तय नहीं है किन 2 सालो से , किन 5 घंटो से , 5 घंटे तो दिन में बहुत बार होता है कुछ निश्चित नहीं है कब से कब तक
